Agencies and consultancies juggle many clients and many revisions. 00doc gives each deliverable a stable URL and a version history you control.
One client, one link
Create a document per major deliverable (audit report, creative brief, milestone summary). Send the share link through your PM tool or email. When scope changes, publish again — same link, new version.
Work in progress
Clients refresh the same bookmark during the week. They do not hunt for “the latest PDF in the shared drive.”
Progress over time
Version timestamps and notes give you an audit trail: when feedback landed, when legal approved copy, when you shipped the final HTML.
Name documents in the dashboard after client + artifact — “Contoso — Q1 content calendar” — so your team does not confuse links across accounts.
